My love for healthcare, digital innovation and project management enables me to design business strategies, plan product roadmaps and implement transformations. This also helps me encourage various healthcare entities to digitally transform, improve efficiency and get better at customer satisfaction. During the 10 years of my career, I've managed teams and have collaborated with not just clients, top management ensembles from different geographies, and clients but also delivery teams to successfully run projects from building new propositions to implementing various healthcare products across multiple levels in healthcare entities. This cross-functional experience has helped me perform specific business and risk analyses and critical thinking to derive a logical solution that helps improve client satisfaction. When not thinking about healthcare, I scribble and try to learn new languages! Writing started as a hobby, and it helped me to write better proposals and improved my written and oral communication. And my enthusiasm for learning new languages helped bridge cultural gaps when meeting people. The highlight of my work is when I get to participate in the digital transformation journey with the client. I wish to participate in more such projects and more such journeys. I also want to continue learning and improving my analytical skills as a consultant.
