Hi I am Sales Leader willing to bring about transformation in the lives of women who are keen to take up challenging role of sales and accelerate their career into leadership positions. I have a decade long experience in B2B sales and a lot of times have been the only female in the room. As i moved up the ladder trying to sustain high pressure role with increasing responsibilities as a mom whilst managing career drive to make a mark , i often struggled to find the right mentors and guiding force. In this pursuit, i started to research and connect with women leaders from different fields who had similar journeys but braved the storm despite the roadblocks. Further to this, i also signed myself for leadership courses , seminars, and joined communities to learn the art of braving it all. As i sailed through the path , rewiring and reprocessing my amygdala, the urge to share my experience and learnings grew stronger. I started to coach other women and slowly this started to take shape in the form of tools and step by step process to help others struggling to find all the answers and develop that mindset.
