We will have an initial call to discuss and breakdown your requirements for the role that you're applying for. This includes hierarchical re-prioritization and general format/layout of what would work best for you.

The next call, we'll be dealing with content, formatting and adding/dropping of data based on the above discussion, and bring your resume to a finished state. Additional changes will be done if required within an acceptable number of iterations.
