Info ✔ I am an enthusiastic, innovative and versatile scientist who has extensive expertise within the pharmacological sector. My award-winning developments in animal models, pharmacology platforms and software for behavioural recognition, fear, depression and anxiety have been adopted in other areas including epilepsy research. ✔I am driven by a desire to find targeted interventions for humans,I am an outstanding record of in-vivo research into neurochemical, neuroanatomical and neurophysiological changes associated with pathology. With a BSc in Molecular Biology, an MSc in Health Medicine, I went on to undertake a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Pharmacology, including research into animal models to test potential treatments, as well as the development of software for automated recognition of specific behaviours. ✔In my current role, I mentor clients/scientists of Tecniplast S.p.A on benefits of animal welfare and provide help of how to achieve novel findings using Tecniplast DVC System. My speciality is central nervous systems. I also provide clients guidance on research study design, equipment installation, data handling and analysis, and validation programs. My scientific expertise generates a great deal of business with and within major pharmaceuticals, contract research organisation and academia. ✔I am an accomplished multilingual communicator, I have first-class presentation skills together with the ability to forge strong relationships at all levels.
