Ravi Shankar is a Calcutta University graduate in Physiotherapy, in 2004. With a post-graduation in Counselling Psychology, he worked extensively through multiple clinical and non-clinical roles in physical rehabilitation, in various corporate and non-corporate organizations until 2019. Further on, his proprietorship venture Start Exercises Physiotherapy Services, New Delhi, forayed into clinical work and non-clinical mentorship services across India- all in the field of physical rehabilitation. He is India's first known, commercially consistent, physical rehab-focussed non-clinical coach, having mentored more than 2000 physiotherapists across India till 2025, apart from occupational therapists, prosthetists and orthotists. He is known to never reveal the identities of his learners and consulting clients, to let them retain their advantages over their competitive colleagues in the market.
