Starlet currently serves as Director of Culture & Inclusion at Zeta Global. In this role, she leads the strategic development and execution of global DEI initiatives, focusing on embedding inclusivity throughout the organization. Her work includes overseeing employee-led groups (affinity groups, Employee Resource Groups, and culture committees), engaging senior leadership to advance DEI commitments, facilitating impactful workshops and training, and partnering with Talent Acquisition and People Partners to integrate DEI into people processes. Prior to stepping into this leadership position, Starlet held the inaugural role of Senior Manager of DEI at Zeta, where she became the company’s first full-time DEI hire. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Talent Operations Coordinator and led the Diversity & Inclusion Council at Cadre. At Cadre, she developed the company’s first Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), facilitated brainstorming sessions, monitored progress on DEI goals, and implemented inclusive hiring practices, including candidate feedback meetings and blind assignment processes. Her efforts also extended to attracting diverse talent through innovative sourcing strategies and promoting accountability in hiring practices. Her commitment to DEI has earned her recognition as one of Mogul's Top 100 DEIB Leaders in 2022. Beyond her professional achievements, she is the writer of The DEI Scoop, a newsletter that chronicles her journey as a woman of color navigating Corporate America and how that experience informs her DEI mission. She is passionate about creating inclusive spaces and educating others on how to foster a culture of belonging.
