DESIGN THINKER The process of product design motivates me. I have a deep passion for understanding user-centered design and methodologies. Visual design is the fun part of the work for me — it’s second nature. The process of uncovering a problem and designing a solution with your teammate is the part of my job that keeps me grinding. PRODUCT DESIGNER I love design. I’m a designer, visual by nature, an artist since the age of 8. It’s always the visuals for me. I have found an affinity in product design that allows me to marry my creative spirit with my love of making things for people. DESIGN LEADER I lead with encouragement and positivity. I am a leader who will always view my team members as people working with me, not employees working for me. When we view ourselves as a team working together to achieve goals, we are invested, committed, and hold each other accountable. These are things that are vital to any successful team culture. My goal is to enable individuals to achieve their personal goals and do their best work for the betterment of the team.
