My career has been defined by breakthrough work that redefined categories, built accessibility into premium formats, and shaped consumer behavior at scale. At Godrej Consumer Products, I led the Godrej Expert Hair Color portfolio across shampoo, powder, and crème formats—driving innovation, accessibility, and relevance. My most notable work was on Expert Rich Crème Hair Color, where I democratized a premium offering making salon-quality results accessible to millions, through pricing and format innovation, backed by a refreshed communication strategy that strengthened leadership in the category. I later managed complex portfolios at GoodKnight, India’s notable home care brand, and previously drove proposition shifts at Nihar Naturals and category-first launches at Saffola. Now, I’m channeling this experience into building a breakthrough skincare brand born in the Middle East. The region’s climate presents unique skincare challenges unlike anywhere else. My mission is to pioneer barrier-strengthening skincare powered by desert botanicals.
