I’m Srushti Warhade :) I help founders and professionals build personal brands on LinkedIn - through positioning, strategy, storytelling and content. Especially people who are really good at what they do, but struggle to communicate that online. Together, we figure out: → What they should be known for → How to position themselves → What stories are actually worth sharing → How to turn their experience into content → And most importantly, how to sound like themselves Because I don’t think personal branding should make everyone sound like a LinkedIn creator. It should make the right people remember you. That’s also what I try to do with my own content. I started writing on LinkedIn without much of a strategy or content calendar. Just random thoughts about corporate life, careers, books and things I was figuring out. People started reading. And slowly, writing became another part of what I do. Since then, I’ve also had the opportunity to collaborate with brands like Swiggy Instamart, Razorpay, Crocs, Naukri.com and more. Here, I write about work, careers, personal branding, corporate life, cybersecurity and travel. I’m building the creator side of my career while still working in the corporate world. For the last 6 years, I’ve worked in IAM and Cybersecurity at HCLTech. Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Access Management. The whole world of making sure the right people get the right access to the right things. I started working right after 12th. Some people took a gap year, I took a work year and just never stopped. So yes, there’s a creator on one side. And a cybersecurity professional on the other. I’m building both.
