Hello! I'm Srishti Gupta (She/Her), an MS in Information Technology and Management student at the McCombs School of Business, UT Austin graduating in May 2024. My academic journey at McCombs is exposing me to cutting-edge technologies and user-centric design with diverse courses ranging from Design Methods to Data Product Lifecycle Management. In turn, equipping me with with a holistic understanding of the product development landscape and shaping me into a versatile professional ready to tackle complex challenges in business. Prior to joining McCombs, I worked as an Applied Research Engineer at the Trivedi Centre for Political Data, where I analyzed and interpreted large datasets to extract meaningful insights on various aspects of Indian politics. I also contributed to several publications that used data-driven analysis to examine historical and current trends in political participation and representation. Additionally, I have over two years of experience as a Fleet Performance Engineer at Alstom, where I applied my data and project management skills to enhance fleet efficiency and reliability, and implemented automation and optimization solutions. I believe in continuous learning and growth, and I am excited to embark on my next educational endeavor at McCombs School of Business.
