Sriram is a serial entrepreneur and has had three successful Startup Exits - Loudcloud (The original Marc Andreessen and Ben Horowitz joint venture -successful IPO) acquired by HP Enterprise, Ascential Software (Informix/Ardent) acquired by IBM, and Collegiate Funding Services acquired by JP Morgan Chase. Sriram is a seasoned Technology Executive with broad experience working at early-stage start-ups and is passionate about creating innovative solutions. Sriram has over three decades of experience having worked at CMC, Microsoft, Loudcloud (HP Enterprise), Ascential software (IBM), NASDAQ, Thomson Reuters, Wachovia Securities (Wells Fargo), Collegiate Funding Services (JP Morgan Chase), Morgan Stanley, Wiley, TIAA and Credit Suisse. Sriram holds a Master's in Computer Science [1998] (Thesis -An OO Relation Learning System [Machine Learning]) from the University of Houston. He also holds a Master's in Mathematics [1996] and a Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering [1996] from Birla Institute of Technology and Science BITS, Pilani.
