Srini has more than 2 decades of IT experience in various leadership roles like Senior Director and Program Director, where he managed the most complex ERP implementations. He worked for Oracle USA and worked with Cross-Functional teams with multi-national cultures. Srini did his MBA from IIM-Kozhikode in Marketing and Strategy. Srini conducts Design Thinking and Innovation workshops and Agile Coaching.
