About me

Product and Technology leader with over a decade of experience building and scaling products across the 0→1, 1→10, and 10→100 journeys through founder-led and enterprise product engagements. My work has largely come from leading product and technology delivery for startups and businesses at different stages of growth, where I owned end to end product development and growth by turning strategy into working, scalable and revenue generating products. At 0→1, I have worked closely with founders to define real user problems, shape product direction, and make early technology choices that do not become long-term liabilities. At 1→10, the focus has been on alignment. Bringing structure across product, engineering, and growth, and turning early traction into stable, repeatable execution. At 10→100, I have led product and platform delivery for scaling businesses, helping teams modernise architecture, improve reliability, and evolve products so they could support larger users, higher volumes, and more complex operations. Across these environments, I have been responsible for decisions that directly impacted delivery velocity, product quality, platform cost, and customer experience, often in situations where misalignment between business goals, product direction, and technology had slowed progress. My CPTO approach is grounded and pragmatic : - Align product direction with real user needs and business goals - Translate strategy into clear product and platform priorities - Make architecture and build-vs-buy decisions with ROI in mind - Introduce AI where it improves efficiency, quality, or decision-making - Build product and technology teams and processes that scale execution without losing clarity I operate best in intersection where product and technology leadership is expected to bridge business intent and engineering reality, and where outcomes matter more than activity. Good product and technology leadership is not about doing more. It is about doing the right things in the right order.
