I am currently pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai. I have 34 months of work experience as the global lead for Software Licensing Operations in Cisco where I was responsible for the daily operations achieving a 90% reduction in lead time, normalizing a 350% increase in support cases and reducing the SLAs by 60%. I have also provided personal guidance and technical expertise on end to end software fulfillment life-cycle to internal and external stakeholders by hosting personalized sessions and conferences. During my time as an intern in Cisco, I worked extensively on modelling abstract issues and discovering insights using statistics, data mining and visualization techniques helping support decision making, presentation of results and recommendation to senior executive team. I received ‘Operational Excellence’ award for creating a novel demand forecasting model. I am passionate for Supply Chain and Operations with also a keen interest in Data Science and have developed a real time text classification model to classify support requests coming via email. I hold a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidhyapeetham, Coimbatore and published a research paper on 'FPGA Implementation of Fourier Segmentation for Empirical Wavelet Transform'.
