I am an ISB MBA graduate with a passion for building software products that solve real-world problems for small businesses. I have 8+ years of experience in the E-commerce and Supply Chain domains, working with various technologies and platforms. As the Head of Product at Ula, I lead a team of 10 product managers, designers, and researchers, who are on a mission to build sustainable operations and deliver a superior experience to small retailers. I have been involved in problem statements across Product-led Growth, Marketplace, and Logistics, creating and executing product vision, roadmaps, and strategies. Some of my achievements include building out the core platform for running e-commerce marketplace operations, launching mobile apps for drivers and pick-up partners, and scaling the product, design, and research functions at Ula.
