Our first conversation is meant to be easy, open, and pressure-free. There’s no “right” place to start—you can come exactly as you are, with thoughts that are clear, messy, half-formed, or even contradictory.

I’m open to discussing anything that’s currently taking up mental or emotional space for you, including (but not limited to):

  1. Career decisions, pauses, pivots, or self-doubt
  2. Navigating uncertainty, transitions, or feeling “stuck”
  3. Relationships, boundaries, and difficult conversations
  4. Grief, loss, identity shifts, or life after change
  5. Overthinking, decision fatigue, and inner conflict
  6. Questions you feel hesitant asking people close to you
  7. Wanting clarity without being told what you should do

My role here is not to give instructions or quick fixes.

I’ll listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions when helpful, and share an honest, unbiased perspective based on lived experience and reflection—not judgement or clichés.

This is a conversation, not an evaluation.

You don’t need to arrive with a polished story or a clear question—we can find it together.

Important note:
I am not a certified therapist, counsellor, or mental health professional. What I offer is perspective, reflection, and dialogue—not medical or psychological treatment. If you’re dealing with severe distress or need clinical support, I strongly encourage seeking help from a qualified professional.

If this feels like the kind of space you’re looking for, I’m glad you’re here.
