With over 34 years of experience in the software industry, I am a seasoned product manager with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders. I currently work as a product manager at Nokia, one of the world's leading telecommunications companies, where I lead cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and launch innovative products and features for the mobile network market. As a product manager, I leverage my skills and knowledge in customer relationship management, agile methodologies, strategy, and business processes to define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, while ensuring alignment with the company's goals and priorities. I also collaborate with internal and external partners, such as R&D, sales, marketing, and customers, to gather feedback, identify opportunities, and deliver value. I am a certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager, and I have successfully completed several leadership and management programs from Harvard Business School and the Indian Institute of Management.
