I increased 6-8% customer engagement monthly by capturing customer responses via SMS and deploying strategies depending on the customer journey and engagement. I also act as a technical project manager in agile software development and coordinate weekly meetings for internal and external groups. With 4.5 years of experience in Python, Machine Learning, and NLP, I have worked on various ETL processes involving different levels of understanding and modeling data from various sources (financial services, CRM) using AWS Cloud services such as Lambda, Sagemaker, and Pinpoint, and multiple toolsets such as Keras, Scikit learn, and SQL.
