I have always been fascinated by the world around, the everyday interactions and the role of technology in making life effortless. This interest has driven me to develop a keen eye for user design and user experience, along with making my visions into reality by building them with code. As a senior frontend engineer, I have led and worked on various high-availability and high-performance customer facing and agent products to develop and release some challenges features and initiatives like the Swiggy Chat. I have worked on a wide range of applications from responsive websites to complex realtime data-intensive products that have helped reduce the customer wait times drastically and improving customer satisfaction. Outside of work, I love to learn new technologies and user design principles and implement them whenever the opportunity presents.
