I bring 8+ years of design experience with a proven track record of founding and leading a multidisciplinary design agency - 'Dramaartic', that has successfully helped over 150 clients. My technical background in Information Science Engineering, combined with 27 design jobs and my role as the founder and creative head of my design agency - Dramaartic, has profoundly shaped me into the design leader I am today. These experiences have honed my ability to make informed, user-centered data-driven decisions, lead cross-functional teams with confidence, and drive strategic project planning. I excel in crafting effective solutions for ambiguous problems, simplify complex problems, and have a knack for handling highly data-intensive projects leveraging my skills in interaction design, prototyping, and creating a product from concept to reality to optimize every touchpoint and deliver impactful solutions. I am also actively involved in the design community. I lead the Ladies That UX chapter, serve as an ambassador at ADPList, and co-organize at Friends of Figma. I am also a mentor and a speaker, sharing my knowledge and experience to inspire and guide others. Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, doodling, and gouache painting, and I am always on a quest to finish my latest Lego set.
