I have done graduation in logistics and Supply chain management specialization from Manipal University, Karnataka. I have 4.5 years of work experience as a Technical Customer Associate/Trainer/Subject matter expert and Policy trainer at Amazon in the Customer relationship department. During my work, I was selected for a project by my manager and was sent to Cape town to get trained for a new process, following which I came back to India and trained almost 30 people in a span of 1.5 years. Currently, I'm pursuing Masters in Management from Warwick University, England. I understand the direct relationships of engaging customers better in order to improve the business.
