I’m not your average manager/engineer. Of course, I have strong technical skills, geek out over bikes, know all functions of a scientific calculator and debug my own text messages. But I’m also an entrepreneur, supply chain and product leader (and pretty good party planner, so I’ve been told). In a nutshell, my passion for machines is coupled with a love for intra/entrepreneurship. I’m not someone who just wants to build and repair. I’m a leader who actually wants to plan, ideate and execute. I believe in stretching my abilities beyond limitation and not restricting personal and professional developments to a monotonous spectrum of challenges. I have over 12 years of cross-functional experience in strategy, Supply chain, monetization, P&L management, Product and business operations across diverse industries, such as Automobile, steel, Hyperlocal commerce, Agri business, FMCG , CPG/Pharma Retail. My experience comprises of: - Business leadership experience in Apollo pharmacy as the head of SCM, Product & category growth strategy where I am transforming the supply chain and strategizing and executing ideas to grow business to the next level - Supply chain and Supply chain product experience of ideating and leading Industry 1st solutions like On Shelf Availability etc and Management of vendors like Reliance, Apollo, Walmart etc in Procter & Gamble - Supply chain product experience in creating agri-commerce platform and roadmap for Agriezone - Entrepreneurship experience in starting and running a hyperlocal startup (Fatafatfix) - Hands-on operations, procurement experience in manufacturing sector in Vizag steel plant and Tata motors I did my masters in business at IIM Mumbai My diverse work history has made me into a resourceful individual comfortable in many settings. With exposure to varied fields of work and Handling multiple job responsibilities parallelly. Starting my own venture, I understood that a startup is always significantly resource-constrained and trying to do way more than it can afford, which needs it to be creative. This experience had a profound effect on my views. Wherever I work, I use my entrepreneurial spirit and thinking, to get innovative solutions. I’m at my happiest when I’m doing things that bypass the brain’s radar and go straight to the heart.
