I am Squadron Leader Priyanka Oswal (Retd.), commissioned into the Fighter Controller and Administration branch of the Indian Air Force in June 2014. I have served on both the Western and North-Eastern fronts of India, where experiences shaped my leadership, resilience and clarity. Education I hold a degree in International Business Management from IIM Indore and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Savitribai Phule Pune University. I am also an alumni of Rani Laxmibai Girls Sainik School, Pirangut (Pune). Achievements I am National Level Air Pistol Shooter. During my IAF service, I was awarded the ‘Marusthal Medal’ for completing three years in extremely challenging terrain. I have also won multiple medals in Indian Air Force Shooting Championships (2022). I am a holder of all three NCC Certificates with A grade, and I was one of the top five contestants across India on National Geographic’s ‘Mission Army’, a documentary-reality show. Beyond the Uniform Outside work, I enjoy photography, canvas painting, slow travel. These things help me stay grounded and observant. What I Do Now Today, I am pursuing 10m Air Pistol Shooting at the competitive level. With my sporting journey, I work as a mentor and youth motivator, helping students, defence aspirants and young professionals build discipline, confidence and clarity. I also mentor candidates preparing for the Services Selection Board (SSB), guiding them not just to clear the process but to grow as leaders. My journey has moved from defending Indian airspace to helping young people defend their own dreams and I am here to walk that path with you.
