There are very few professionals who can genuinely empathize with the sheer chaos associated with the leap of faith a career transition involves, more so after a life in the armed forces. The paranoia borne from this uncertainty can only be countered by a pragmatic insight into what it really means to put in the work required to navigate this phase of one's life. I would say Arun sir was right on point with his insights. This was a valuable session which helped me in clearing a lot of fog surrounding skill alignment and career transition. I would recommend him very highly to any veteran (for that matter, any professional) who might be battling some uncertainties about what lies ahead and needs someone to put things into perspective.
