I’m Sparsh, a Product Manager with 10+ years of experience building products at Microsoft, OYO & Amazon. I didn’t start with a map. I built one along the way through wrong turns, rejected applications, interviews I badly misread, and years of learning what it really takes to become a great PM. Since then, I’ve been on the other side of the table. I’ve interviewed candidates for PM roles, sat on hiring panels at Microsoft, and helped people move into product management or level up to senior PM roles. That experience has given me a perspective most candidates don't get: I know what a hiring panel actually debates once the candidate leaves the room and it’s rarely what candidates think it is. I’ve also spent my career genuinely passionate about building products - understanding users, solving meaningful problems, making difficult trade-offs, and turning ideas into products people love.
