I began my career as a Customer Care Executive in the BPO industry and currently serve as Lead for Project Management & Operations in HR, ILM, and Admin at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance in Pune. I also act as the Executive Assistant to the Chief of HR, ILM, and Admin. My expertise includes employee relations, operations, end-to-end recruitment, offer management, grievance resolution, induction, HR business partnering, SOP development, governance, HR IT tool management, budgeting, manpower planning, and project management.
