I have a Master of Business Administration from NMIMS, Hyderabad, and a Bachelor of Engineering from IGIT, Sarang, as well as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) credential. As a product enthusiast, I try to see the problem through customer lenses and be one of them to design true product that is not only impactful but at at the same time bring tangible benefits to customers and the organization without compromising on quality and ethics. I have over more than 5 years of experience in product ownership and business analysis, with a focus on cloud services and knowledge acquisition. I have successfully conducted the analysis of business cases, performed root cause analysis of defects, and run process improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve performance. I have also facilitated communication between the client-facing group and the delivery team, and run commercial iterations to make the business cases more client-centric.
