Hey there :) I’m Sourya, a Product Manager with 4+ years of experience building and scaling 0→1 products across fintech, SaaS and commerce. My work has spanned merchant platforms, checkout systems and automation workflows, taking products from idea to scale through experimentation, analytics and system thinking. I’ve been on both sides of the PM hiring table: sending out applications, and reviewing candidates. I know what gets a profile shortlisted, and what gets it skipped. Every week, I get dozens of messages from people trying to break into PM. Most of them aren’t short on talent. They’re short on clarity: how to frame their experience, how to crack a case, how to stand out from everyone using the same textbook frameworks. That’s where I come in. Whether you’re switching into PM or preparing for your next interview, let’s make your next application the one that converts.
