Is Data Analytics the right career move for you? with Souritra Banerjee

Most people who book this session are at one of these points:

"I want to move into Data Analytics but don't know if my background is good enough." "I'm already in a DA/BA role but feel stuck and don't know what's next." "I keep applying but not getting callbacks — I don't know what's actually missing."

In this 40-minute session, we'll work through exactly where you are and what your sharpest next move is.

What we'll work through:

→ Honest skills assessment — where you actually stand against DA/BA hiring bars at product companies in 2025

→ Role clarity — the difference between DA, BA, and hybrid roles at product vs service companies, and which fits your background

→ Gap identification — what's missing from your profile, resume, or skillset for your specific target role

→ Transition roadmap — if you're switching into DA/BA, what to learn, build, and showcase in what order

→ Job search strategy — where to apply, how to position yourself, and what's likely holding back your callbacks

→ One clear next step — you'll leave with a specific action, not a vague to-do list

I'll give you an honest read — not just encouragement.

Ideal for: Professionals from non-DA backgrounds looking to transition, or early DA/BA professionals (0–4 years) who feel stuck or underprepared for their next role.
