2-Month SDE Interview & Career Program 🎯 with Sourav Dey

Two months of structured 1:1 for engineers serving notice, or committed to switching in the next two to three months. Twelve sessions, built around your dates rather than a fixed timetable.

Weekly Direction

7 × 50 min Career Guidance sessions, roughly one a week:

• Set what you work on each week, and hold you to it
• Work through concepts and problem-solving approaches as they come up
• Adjust the plan as your applications and interviews tell us what is actually working

Your Profile, Fixed First

1 × Resume Review and LinkedIn Audit in the first fortnight:

1. Both documents rebuilt for ATS and for recruiters
2. Done early, so applications go out while we prepare rather than after

Four Mock Rounds

2 × 60 min Mock Interviews and 2 × 60 min System Design Mocks:

1. Real rounds, not walkthroughs, with written feedback after each
2. Spaced through the second half so each one tests what you practised since the last
3. System design comes late, once the fundamentals hold up

Work Between Sessions

1. Specific practice assignments after each session
2. I review what you send back, so the weekly call starts from evidence rather than from how you feel it went

Best for: engineers in notice period, or genuinely committed to switching within three months.
