It was a great and informative session. He didn’t just cover the technical aspects of an interview but also discussed the overall process, including personality traits, communication flow, and what hotel brands look for in candidates applying for a sales & marketing management trainee role.
I am currently a student at the Altera Institute of Management, pursuing a PGP in Applied Marketing. I’m also a graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Hyderabad (one of the top five institutes for Hospitality & Hotel Administration in India under the Ministry of Tourism). During my campus placements I was fortunate to secure five Management Trainee offers two from the Hotel Industry and three from the Retail Sector.
Now I wish to give back by guiding students who aspire to achieve something meaningful in life but often feel uncertain or confused about their career paths. My aim is to help them gain clarity, confidence, and direction as they shape their future.
