I have handled capital infrastructure projects, both major and minor, end to end including planning, design, budgeting, procurement, execution, and commissioning and have honed my problem solving, customer orientation, and stakeholder management skills during the process. Over last 3 years, I have handled a team of 200+ employees across verticals and executed ₹250+ Cr capital projects ensuring 95% adherence to time and cost schedule. I am conversant with project management tools and methods such as CCPM, Being Management 3, MS Project, and SAP.
