  So, I had this one-on-one career guidance session today, and, it was seriously awesome! ❤️ I was all like, "Should I really be diving into DSA stuff now?" 🤔 But Sourabh who was guiding me totally nailed it.   Very down to earth guy with immense knowledge to share, giving a clear path for the problems i have been facing careerwise. It was a great great interaction with him. Seems very much like i have been sharing a problem with friend and seeking for advice. Had a good discussion on upcoming tech tread and some improvizations. Will definately connect again.

  One of the standout qualities was deep knowledge of various industries and career trajectories that he have. Went beyond generic advice and delved into the specifics of each field, shedding light on potential opportunities I hadn't previously considered. Throughout our sessions ,communication skills were exceptional. Explained complex concepts and strategies in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that I was well-informed and empowered to make informed decisions. Have ability to break down intricate career paths and requirements into manageable steps made the entire process much less daunting.

  Had a great session ! Sourabh gave good insights into how I should restructure my resume, things to include/not include and gave reasoning for each of those. He also mentored me about the importance of networking, leveraging social media, to build great relationships with people in tech industry and eventually get great opportunities. He gave actionable items on the same. He was empathetic, kind and talked to me as a friend, rather a mentor. Would highly recommend booking a session with Sourabh !
