As a management intern at Haleon, a global consumer healthcare company, I applied design thinking to rethink business strategies and solve management challenges. I worked with cross-functional teams to craft innovative solutions, such as developing a digital platform to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, and creating a gamified learning program to improve employee performance and retention. I received positive feedback and recognition for my visionary leadership, meticulous execution, and pioneering contributions. Before joining Haleon, I was a metaverse architect at Infinity Void, a decentralized metaverse platform where the economy is governed and ruled by its community. I leveraged my architectural background and digital skills to build a realistic and immersive virtual world, where users can create, explore, and interact with each other. I also collaborated with product marketing and development teams to design and launch Partynite, India's own metaverse game, which attracted millions of players and generated significant revenue and growth for the company. I am currently pursuing an MBA degree in International Business at IIFT, where I am learning how to apply design thinking to global markets and challenges. I am also the placement coordinator of my batch, responsible for facilitating and managing the recruitment process for over 800 students.
