I am currently a Senior Program Manager with Amazon US, working on the Sub Same Day program in the capacity team. This role is an exciting opportunity to build a high-speed network that delivers products to customers within 4 to 5 hours. I am eager to gain enriching experiences and deepen my knowledge of the US supply chain. I graduated with a Master’s in Supply Chain Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. This program honed my skills and developed my consulting acumen through action-based learning projects. I had the privilege of working with Whirlpool on sustainable warehousing practices and with Kearney and Siemens Energy on building a supplier development framework to drive proactive decision-making. I am proud to be an alum of UofM. Prior to joining the Ross School of Business, I served as a Supply Chain Planning Manager at Mensa Brands, a digital-first company that acquires and scales online brands, and as a Manager of Operations and Strategy at LoadShare Networks, a logistics network that enables delivery services for e-commerce and enterprise customers. In these roles, I led and executed strategic projects, optimized resource utilization, and enhanced customer satisfaction. My skills in supply chain analytics, CRM, and problem-solving helped deliver remarkable results. Working with these startups provided invaluable insights into the startup ecosystem and allowed me to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive growth and innovation.
