Born and bought up in a small town in MP, educated in a school where one used to sit on ground to study in one of the elite universities in India, I happen to carve my way to Founding/Co-founding/Consulting and selling multiple enterprises in e-commerce, international distribution, retail, real estate, law-tech, Tech-Yoga etc. With diverse experience in the field of retail, I have worked with 250+ masterminds across retail industry to execute their marketing plans across India and auditing them through Mystery Shopping. It has been 7 years into running FloorWalk, a Mystery audit solution for brands with presence in 350+ cities across India and expanded operations in the USA, Middle East & China. I have worked with brands like Apple, Audi, Porsche, Amazon and 150+ brands on solving their customer experience problems and assisting them in providing ground level consumer insights.
