1. Writing and self-publishing a book (both fiction + non-fiction): I've self-published two books and sold 8,000+ copies in total mostly via word of mouth and social media. I also took care of the end-to-end process for self-publishing them. On fiction, I just finished my debut 90,000-word novel & am actively looking for the agent/publisher.
2. Starting your company as an immigrant in America: I got my O-1A as the CEO of an educational venture that I own 100%. And, I've published hundreds of videos online to help other immigrant founders kickstart their journey.
3. Growing organically on social media: In the past few years, I grew organically across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and a newsletter to more than 350,000+ combined followers. I enjoy writing/storytelling, and have helped many other creators set up systems to publish consistent, high-quality content.
4. Growing a weekly newsletter: I grew a weekly newsletter to 36,000+ organically over 2 years, mostly through social media, word of mouth, and referrals. It had an open rate of 60%+. (I'm not currently sending it though)
5. Hosting large-scale events: I've launched and completed a country-wide book tour as part of my second book, Unshackled, where I visited 15 universities and helped 2000+ international students. I also hosted the largest conference in Aug 2025 for skilled immigrants in tech (1000+ attendees).
