He has previously worked with Capgemini and Microsoft, and has experience in agile processes, digital transformation, mergers and acquisitions strategies, market entry strategies, business process management, digital customer experience transformation and product/program management in software services, insurance, payments, energy and utilities domain. He is a Lean Six Sigma Green belt certified professional. He loves to work at the juncture of finance, technology with customer in focus. His learning interests are in the sectors of insurance, health, BCM, WAM, technology & PE. In addition to his work, he has interests in critical writing, dancing, cooking, public speaking, and sports such as cricket, aquatics and yoga.
