Hi, I’m Soumya. I have spent over a decade working in data and technology, building large-scale data platforms and enterprise data systems across industries like banking, healthcare, insurance and retail. Currently I work as a Senior Data Architect where I focus on building AI-ready data platforms, data governance frameworks and scalable data products that help organizations transform raw data into meaningful insights and intelligent decision systems. Over the years I have worked with global organizations such as Wells Fargo, Deloitte and Novo Nordisk, designing enterprise data architectures, implementing data quality and master data management systems, and enabling large organizations to make better data-driven decisions. Alongside my work in technology, I completed the Advanced Program in Fintech & Financial Blockchain from IIM Calcutta, which further deepened my interest in how data, technology and finance intersect. Apart from my professional career, I am deeply passionate about personal finance and long-term investing. Over the past several years I have spent significant time studying financial markets, investment strategies and wealth building principles, and more importantly applying them in my own financial journey. Through disciplined investing, structured asset allocation and long-term planning, I have been fortunate to achieve financial independence earlier in my career. This journey helped me develop practical frameworks and mental models for thinking about money, risk and wealth creation.
