Post the completion of engineering in Electronics and Electrical, I worked with Delta Electronics India as an R&D engineer for 3 years and 8 months. Completed my PGPB from SDA Bocconi. Worked with Michael Page as Associate Consultant in their Procurement & Supply Chain function. Currently, I am working with Mercer consulting in their Wealth management practice. Mercer is a wholly owned subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies and is a global consulting leader in Talent, Health, Retirement and Investment. We are globally present in some 40 countries ,with fair presence in India. At Wealth practice, our team engages with some 200+ clients and support in areas related to Long term cost and Risk management of Retirement and other Benefit plans (including Actuarial Consulting, Assurance Studies relating to Retirement Plans and associated Trusts, Investment Consulting and Advisory to Retirement Funds, Employee Benefits Design & Communication, Employee Financial Wellness etc.).
