About me

I am Abbaraju Soujanya, I come from Hyderabad. During my B.Tech in Computer Science at NIT Allahabad, I explored the world of open source development and participated in many hackathons to create projects using technologies like Blockchain, IoT, Machine Learning and others. This initiated an interest in me to find solutions to real world problems leveraging technology. Thereafter, I went on to work as an applications analyst in the operational risk team at Citicorp Pune where I coordinated the monitoring of around 13,460 applications. Here, I was able to take up various leadership opportunities and led the team to be in top4. I was also the lead member of event organizing committee commended for successful conduction of several events by the director. This led me to take interest in leadership and join IIM Indore. I have developed skills like critical thinking and strategy formulation here, and taken up various positions of responsibility like member of ShARE, an international strategy & consulting organization aimed at "do well do good" initiative.
