I am the founder of and lead counselling psychologist at Nestle and Nurture (online mental health platform). I am a nationally certified counselling psychologist with over 5 years of experience as a counsellor and educator. I have vast experience of working across schools, hospitals, government agencies and NGOs as well as running my private practice. I specialize in working with individuals aged between 15-40 years with the aim to empower them and their ecosystem to identify, accept and care for their everyday mental health needs. My approach is person-centered and integrative in nature with the idea to blend diverse therapeutic interventions to cater to each client's unique needs.
