As an Decision Scientist 2 at Mu Sigma, a leading data analytics and decision sciences company, I applied my data analysis, machine learning, and problem-solving skills to clinical trial analytics for the pharmaceutical industry. I have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Production Engineering from Sri Sairam Engineering College, where I learned the fundamentals of manufacturing and design processes. In my role, I developed a site selection model using classification algorithms to help clients choose the best location for their clinical trials based on various criteria and data sources. I reduced the turnaround time from 3 weeks to 3 days by pre-calculating certain features and scaling the pipeline. Scaled 50+ studies across 5+ therapeutic areas. I also created a Dash application in Python using Plotly to automate the generation of site details and insights, enhancing the output quality and generating novel insights.
