About me

I build AI-native products end-to-end. The kind of person who runs discovery on Monday, has a working prototype on Wednesday, and ships to production users on Friday. Right now I do this at ConveGenius, an AI-native education infrastructure company building learning and governance products for 150M+ children across India. I am Product Associate (AI Products), and I work as a hybrid Product Owner + Forward Deployed Engineer: shipping fullstack code, running stakeholder discovery, and embedding directly with state government clients. A few things I have shipped in the last 12 months: ➤ HP Higher Ed MIS — owned an applicant-to-admission journey for a state Higher Education department. Bilingual (EN/HI), 5-step profile, eligibility engine, document scrutiny, merit, allotment, and admission flows. Initial prototype built in 2-3 days, demoed to state leadership, converted into a multi-portal rollout. I am Product Owner on the production build. ➤ FMB Survey Builder — fullstack survey platform (React, Node, PostgreSQL with JWT, RBAC, concurrency locking, Excel/CSV import-export, 12 question types, 10 Indian languages). Replaced a manual dump-and-validate process that took weeks with a self-serve tool that takes hours. Used by 15+ internal and state product teams. ➤ HR Support Bot — production-deployed RAG chatbot (FastAPI + Groq llama-3.3-70b + Gemini embeddings + NumPy vector store). Embeddable widget, multilingual auto-detect (Hindi/Hinglish/English), live admin dashboard. ➤ SwiftChat V3 — multi-role agentic AI prototype for Gujarat state EdTech. 7 personas, 15 canvas modules, layered NLP pipeline (local regex → frontend analytics → Groq LLM → Supabase pgvector RAG → fallback). Built solo, full-stack. Plus Pravasi Setu (NSDC International collab, presented in Dubai), SwiftPoll (training-team polling tool), and a few others. Before ConveGenius, I founded AceGrade, a free, ad-free exam-prep platform I scaled to 213K+ users across 30+ countries with 100% organic growth, zero paid marketing. Self-funded all hosting. Ran the full loop: discovery, build, ship, measure, iterate. Currently completing a PG Diploma in Computer Science at IIT Madras (2026).
