A little more detail: I am a Business & Marketing professional who has donned multiple hats over the last 20 years. I have had the honour of being recognised amongst India's Fortune 40 Under 40 (2019), awarded the Top 30 SuperCMO' by IAMAI and Woman Leader in Insurance' by ASSOCHAM in 2019. I am currently the Co-founder & CEO of ed-tech platform BrainGymJr - a product-led, education technology company making foundational literacy & numeracy accessible and affordable to children across the globe. We have built the company from ground zero on strong pillars of code, content and distribution. Prior to this, I have spent over twelve years building IndiaFirst Life Insurance, where I was a founding team member & an integral part of the Leadership Team. I have held coveted positions of Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Strategy Officer and led multiple functions including Products, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Customer Experience, Business Strategy, Direct & Digital Sales and Strategic Alliances. I started my career with the Aditya Birla Group and have also worked with Citibank, Reliance Life Insurance and KPMG advisory. An alumna of St. Xavier's College, I am an Economics graduate and an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (Mumbai). I have completed an executive one-year program on ‘Leadership and Diversity for Innovation’ by Women's World Banking and Wharton School in 2020.
