Product leader working to improve access to high quality healthcare in India. I currently serve as the Head of Products for Narayana One Health. Since 2015, my mission has been to use technology to improve the lives of others. After focusing my studies on the intersection of technology & economic development, I joined McKinsey's Silicon Valley Office to learn how the best technology companies build & scale products which impact millions of people’s lives. While at McKinsey, I took on multiple additional roles defining strategy at GoogleX, helping East-African start-ups scale at Dynamo Advisors and helping an MIT lab commercialize low-cost app based diagnostics in India. After a stint at GoogleX, I joined Apple's Health Strategic Initiatives as a product lead where I built products in partnership with insurers & governments to improve the health of American and Singaporean users by engaging them with their health on a daily / weekly basis. In 2020, I moved to Bangalore and joined ACKO Insurance where I led digital product for health insurance built by a team of 8 PMs and 70+ engineers and designers. Highlights of my time include launching & growing ACKO's first-in-India zero waiting period D2C insurance product, leading our B2B platform / customer experience and building the industry's best claims experience (highest NPS). I joined Narayana Health in January 2023 to bring the best of health financing (insurance), health care (Narayana Hrudayalaya hospitals) and health services (clinics and preventative care) together to make India healthier. As the daughter of a family of doctors and a grand-daughter of one of India's early actuaries, bringing India its first integrated care/ HMO experience feels like coming full circle :).
