A 90-minute live, interactive training designed to equip managers with the knowledge and practical skills they need to understand their responsibilities under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) framework and respond appropriately to workplace concerns.

Managers are often the first people employees approach when something goes wrong. This session helps them recognise potential sexual harassment, understand their role and boundaries, respond to disclosures sensitively, and know when and how to escalate concerns to the Internal Committee.

The session covers:

  • Understanding sexual harassment and the POSH framework
  • Recognising inappropriate behaviour, boundary violations and early warning signs
  • What managers are responsible for—and what they should not attempt to handle themselves
  • How to respond when an employee discloses an incident
  • Reporting and escalation: when, where and how to raise a concern
  • Confidentiality, retaliation and victimisation
  • Power dynamics and the manager’s role in maintaining a safe workplace
  • Common manager mistakes when handling sensitive situations
  • Practical scenarios and case-based discussions

Outcome: Managers leave the session with a clear understanding of their POSH responsibilities and the confidence to respond to workplace concerns sensitively, appropriately and in line with organisational processes.
