POSH Practitioner 1:1 Support

A 1:1 space for POSH practitioners, External Members, trainers and consultants who need a sounding board for the practical, professional and sometimes slightly messy side of doing POSH work.

Bring your specific question, challenge or situation — whether it relates to case inquiry, procedural questions, consulting practice, documentation, training, External Member responsibilities, client management, or setting up and strengthening your POSH practice.

And it doesn't have to be a textbook POSH question.

Maybe you need to think through a difficult client conversation. Maybe you're figuring out how to structure your services or pitch them to a new client. Maybe your pitch deck needs some serious help. Maybe you're trying to make your training material more engaging, organise your resources, or figure out how to present yourself professionally without sounding like every other consultant on LinkedIn.

The consultation draws on hands-on experience across POSH casework, committee processes, training, consulting and building an independent practice — with room for the practical things that don't always come with a neat template or SOP.
