About me
Hello and welcome!
I am a physician with 15+ years of international experience in global health, quality improvement, and patient safety, having worked across 15+ countries. I’ve lived and worked in South and East Asia, Africa, Europe, and the United States.
My expertise includes quality improvement, health systems strengthening, and leadership development.
I am the founder of Incluve Labs (www.incluvelabs.com), a platform that brings improvement capability and a systems lens to healthcare organisations and professionals.
I work with:
1. Healthcare organisations and teams seeking practical, context-sensitive improvement.
2. Clinicians, managers, and QI leaders building capability within complex systems
3. Professionals in healthcare, public health and development sector who are seeking meaning & clarity in their work.
*I help people and organisations move from reflection to meaningful action.
*I draw on creative writing and the arts to help people make sense of their work and the systems they’re part of.

Some Testimonials:
"Before my ideas were vague and largely unsystematic. I also was under the impression that (QI) takes a lot of resources and isn't practical in many set ups. This enabled me to systematically approach quality improvement."
"I felt like this was something I'd have liked to learn about as a medical student."
"I gained a thorough understanding of what healthcare really is and it helped me in my quality project and also in coming up with new projects."
"The has been beneficial especially the one on one sessions which are done with the utmost patience, despite our limited knowledge of quality improvement."
"Earlier I understood quality improvement as merely audits done both pre and post intervention to assess if the intended changes have been made. This helped me look at our day to day work at the hospital, recognise gaps and consider what can be done to help reduce these."
