The sessions helped me understand my emotions better. The therapist was patient, understanding, and made me feel comfortable. I feel more confident now and would definitely recommend the sessions to others.

My hypnotherapy session with Sonal was a truly transformative experience. I was able to go into a deep meditative state where I felt a gentle release within my heart. My body felt light, calm, and peaceful, as if a heavy burden had been lifted. After the session, I felt relaxed, relieved, and more connected to myself. It was a beautiful and healing experience that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking emotional clarity and inner peace.

Sonal maam was very patient and calm. She was paying attention and listening to details. It was a great session ... didn't feel judged and maintained a structural and calm environment.

Sonal has a very comforting vibe to her. There wasn't a moment during the session when I felt I was being judged. She gave me enough space and freedom to unmask myself, be vulnerable, and express myself and was extremely patient throughout the session, despite my interruptions. Sonal is also very cautious and kind with her choice of words, making sure there aren't any unnecessary triggers, ensuring a safe and warm place to have a healthy discourse about your emotions and life. I am looking forward to having another session with her. :)

Hi, I am a psychologist and clinical hypnotherapist. My training includes B.sc. in Clinical Psychology, M.sc. in Clinical Psychology along with a 4-level course in Clinical Hypnotherapy. My work is grounded in depth-oriented therapeutic practice and long-term psychological exploration.
For me, therapy is not a quick-fix intervention. I do not approach psychological concerns as isolated problems to be “solved” within a predetermined number of sessions. Human life is layered with years of experiences, relationships, internal conflicts, defenses, and meanings. These cannot be fully understood or transformed within a few structured sessions or technique-based protocols.
I primarily work with individuals who are open to in-depth exploration and are curious about understanding themselves beyond surface-level symptom relief. In my practice, symptoms such as anxiety are not viewed as standalone disorders to be eliminated, but as meaningful expressions of underlying psychological processes that deserve thoughtful exploration. Even if you are a first-time client and unsure about what “in-depth exploration” means, therapy can begin gently; the pace of the process is always guided by your comfort, readiness, and capacity.
The therapeutic process is unique to each individual. Healing unfolds gradually through the development of insight, emotional awareness, and the working-through of internal conflicts. Because of this, I do not offer predetermined timelines or fixed-session packages that promise resolution within a set number of sessions. The duration of therapy depends on your personal history, goals, and the depth of work you wish to engage in.
Sessions are typically held once or twice a week, when clinically appropriate. I do not encourage excessive frequency, as therapy is meant to support autonomy rather than foster dependency. While I provide therapy, I am not licensed to prescribe medications.
At present, I do not provide 24/7 crisis or emergency mental health services. If you are experiencing an acute crisis or require immediate support, I strongly encourage you to reach out to local emergency services, a trusted person, or a crisis helpline.
Confidentiality and ethical practice form the foundation of my work. All sessions are conducted within professional ethical guidelines, ensuring privacy, respect, and psychological safety.
Therapy, in my understanding, is a collaborative and reflective process. It requires time, emotional investment, and a willingness to sit with discomfort. If you are seeking a space for deep, meaningful self-exploration rather than short-term symptom management, this approach may resonate with you.
